The Problem
Real estate wholesalers spend hours manually texting seller and buyer leads, most of whom never respond. Following up at the right time, qualifying interest, and collecting property details requires constant attention — making it impossible to run high-volume outreach without a full team. The process was entirely manual: send a blast, wait for replies, respond individually, ask the right questions, score the lead, and schedule a visit — all while managing hundreds of contacts across campaigns.
